School of Planning and Architecture
Founded 1941 as a Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic. Renamed School of Planning and Architecture 1959. Granted 'Deemed University' status 1979. It was recognized as "An Institute of National Importance under an Act of Parliament" in 2015.
