메트로 폴리탄 기술 연구소 (ITM)
Founded 1944 as Instituo Obrero Municipal. Became Universidad Obrera Municipal in the late 1940's and then Instituto de Cultura Popular in the 1960's. Acquired present title in the 1990's. Acquired present status 2005.
